Build a professional website for Newspaper

We are looking for someone to build the back end for a newspaper website. I have the design already created Look at [login to view URL] This needs to be buildt on drag and drop technology. After the site is finished we ill need support and will pay additional for that. Watch the video of our current but old and non drag and drop backend of the website. somet of the features you will see won't have to be created as they are bandaids to do things we wanted to do. With drag and drop it will be different. See link . [login to view URL] All the features we are using do not have to be in the same place as seen in the video. We are looking for newer technology that uses drag and drop NOT WORDPRESS. Our price is $300.00 and we will have more work after we get the first site setup. We will need moble apps etc later and will pay additional for that. We do not have the source code of the current site so it will be from scratch.
