Minor Updates To WordPress Website

I have a Wordpress site that needs some basic touchups here and there. No major coding whatsover! 1) I need to have the text on 4 pages (maybe 5) be changed to match the site theme and colors (which I'm open to), but more importantly, the text has to be the same across the board. Go here [login to view URL] - The pages that need the text updated are Home, About Us, FAQ and Process (maybe Contact Us) 2) On home page, configure the form page to email me the info being entered into the fields upon hitting "Download" 3) Remove "Our Associates" as one of the menus. At the same time remove the entire section. I don't want what a blank space...example is to the right of "Process" menu, and I would like that blank section removed. Please ask if you are unsure of what I'm asking. 4) Making the site POP more and giving it a web 2.0 feel. Open to suggestions. A little bit of work, but not too to difficult for you professional web designers. If you don't have Wordpress experience, please don't bother. I've had way too many headaches with designers in the past. Thank you!
