"Pinback Button Maker" - iPhone App & Website

I'm in need of a professional iPhone application developer to help program an app & website for my company. OVERVIEW: I need a website created with an developed iphone/ipad app also (not just a mobile view of the website). This site is for creating 1 off pinback buttons users would choose online and then be able to purchase for the button to be created. Very similar to [login to view URL] This would be the same type of application to be built for the iPhone/iPad. Users would be able to access their items either on their apple device or on their website address account. iPHONE/iPad Application: Similar builder as the [login to view URL] button builder. User can upload an image from their photos on their phone or take a photo. User would be able to add options with the builder similiar to zazzles. - add image - add text - be able to move and position items right, left, up, down and forward or backwards with layers. User would be able to save their creation to their phone or their users account User would be able to select from a gallery of premade designs and add their own customization to it. User able to select quantity needed and pricing to reflect different pricing breaks. User would be able to purchase item on their phone to a paypal account where shipping and all necessary information would be sent and collected. User able to select shipping options Purchasing on website option through paypal +more minor details. WEBSITE: All of the same as above same "Button builder" as the iphone/ipad but a web version. Users able to log in and see their status and see previous orders. All very similar to [login to view URL] Once user purchases item/items they would be output as jpgs at 300dpi to a backend where i could see incoming order. Images would then be downloaded and created. Option of selecting the stage the order is in (processing, downloaded, created, shipped). +more minor details.
