New Music Artist, needs Facebook Fans ASAP

New musical artist here - just finished a big project and trying to get it out there. The music is good, the idea is good, but the fan base is NOT there. What I need: Dedicated Marketer / Brander to RE-DESIGN my Facebook page and to deliver 50,000 REAL and TARGETED fans in a 3-5 month period. Target Market: USA between the ages of 18-35. I am open to fans from all over the world, as long as the majority (at least 80% are from the USA). All of my fans should be between the ages of 18-35. The work will include: Facebook page design and overhaul (using the new timeline) Branding Campaign Multi-month advertising campaign Daily activity A firm understanding of social media marketing Weekly Updates and strategy discussions Someone with a history of success and experience (Resume WILL be required when applying) IF the fans are legitimately fans, there will be 3-Payment Milestone divided into 1/3rd of the total payment at: 33% of payment at 10,000 fans. 66% of payment at 30,000 fans 100% of payment at 50,000 fans I'm looking for highly skilled, serious, reliable, and dedicated only.
