Marketplace with some customizations

I need an expert Magento developer to make a Marketplace with special features. (Geolocation Should be integrated.) The marketplace Should be Done with Magento module and use the Multi Vendor Marketplace of Webkul, and Should Also use the add-on price comparison. The reason for using the price comparison is That One product can be selled by several sellers. (attached photo of price comparison add-on) One of the customizations is to modify the price comparison add-on: In the original the of webkul if three sellers Have the same product you see a link with the text "available from March seller" That webkul and select the store to sell the prouct is the cheapest. We want some Modifications like: -The SELLER store esta That add-on select and show to buyer not be the cheapest if not the closest to the customer. Is here Where should be used the geolocation -Where The link Add-on says "available from March seller" should be modified and to be a "DRAG DROP MENU" where the buyer can change the store to buy the product. (It is important that stores the menu lets you select whatever they have stock of this product, not all stores of the marketplace, because some may not have units in stock) After, When the buyer has added the product to cart, we need another modification: If the store closest to buyer and selected to sell the product is in a lower distance to 20 kilometers (we could modify if is necessary) the buyer will have the option to pickup in store (the address of the seller should be showed). thank you
