Website Design & CSS/HTML template

Hello We have a map based wireframe sketch for a site (sample jpg attached) 1 page with a few ajax menus (on the right hand side) we would like to get it designed graphicly and make a CSS/HTML template (using divs and ajax menu if possible) Pls send us samples of previous (nice) designs you made a detailed ppt with the wireframe menus etc will be sent to selected bidders winning bidder will show 2-3 graphical options for the design, when selected it will make a full design (psd) for the site and then deliver it as CSS/HTML template. (prefer Drupal, but simple template will do also) Payment will be done using escrow: 40% when finishing the graphical part (psd) 40% when finishing the CSS/HTML template 20% after checking the template on FF/IE browsers (2 days) Good luck
