Web and Logo Design for Travel Search Engine

Our company is looking for a web designer to finish up the look and feel of one of our soon to be launched web sites. The basic design concept is complete, we need someone to clean and pretty it up. The current design was done by one of our in house .NET developers, but we are looking for a graphic designer to take this to the next level. The site is going to be a search engine that indexes only travel related web sites. The design on the site is basic but should provide a good idea of what we are looking for. We are going for a look similar to the Bing search engine. Requirements: - Design Logo for site that uses transparency so it can be layered over the image on the landing page. We plan to change the lading page image daily, and do not want to have to Photoshop every background image to add the logo. - Design needs to look great on a computer but also be functional on mobile devices. The current design, although basic does this. - Web design must work in all major browsers. - Complete look and feel for top landing page, and also the search results page. - We are looking for HTML and CSS only. No code, our developers will add the code to swap the image.
