Marketing and Assistant for USA-Russia Car Sales

I am looking for an assistant to help me operate an International used car sales website. We buy cars in America and sell them in America and in a number of countries in Eastern Europe, mainly Russia. The assistant will be working directly for the President of the company communicating in Russian. Communication will be by phone or skype. Assistant will be expected to peform a variety of online tasks including the following: -research cars -post car ads on American classifieds (craigslist, ebay, etc.) -post car ads on Russian classifieds ([login to view URL], etc.) -add/change content (English and Russian) on our website - do some basic SEO in Russian and English -suggest ways to improve our website, marketing efforts, business in general We are willing to pay based on results and performance. We would like to start off at a minimal wage to see if there is good fit with assistant because we have had a number of bad previous experiences. We will compensate someone that communicates effectively, is very responsive, is able to generate good results, and is a team player very well. The ideal candidate would view this as an opportunity to run their own web business as a part of a larger company.
