UI design for a browser based business game

We are looking for a professional usability expert and a webdesigner to design the UI for our online game site. The site contains around 35pages and dialog boxes (with the same general theme) that needed to be design. The designer that will be selected for thisproject will be required to supply image mock ups for each page including anyelement contained inside those pages (Images, Buttons, Control states images,background and etc...). The game's theme revolves around business managementand finance. We are looking for a visual design that must be attractive,clean, elegant and easy to use/understand. The user must get the feeling of a professionalonline game . We expect the designer to be creative and help us merge our ideasinto the design. We want the design to be done under the assumption that onlystandard HTML,CSS and JavaScript will be used during the development (No flashdesigns). We expect the designer to have background in web designing. Once a designer will be chosen, we will supply him with adocumentation explaining each page's goal, our thoughts about the page and generalreferences to web designs, we find relevant. We expect the designer to beresponsive and supply us with unlimited revisions.
