create 120 basic web site banners (200 x 350 px jpg)

Hi there! I run a social networking web site and would like to add new web banners to the site to encourage users to visit other parts of the site. These include links to categories with our business directory and featured groups or member pages. We will provide a spreadsheet containing 4 columns: 1. type of banner (i.e. 'featured member') - to be written on the banner 2. title (i.e. 'sarah') 3. desired file name (i.e. [login to view URL]) 4. the URL the banner will eventually link to I will then load them into our banner server. FAST FACTS: - Produce 120 jpg images - 200 px x 350 px - MUST use interstate font (supplied to successful bidder if needed) - Save at 60% quality for fast web loading - Spreadsheet provided to successful bidder - NO CAPITAL LETTERS unless explicitly stated in the spreadhseet, even if you think it is wrong (i.e. 'japan') - You will need to visit individual member pages to get one of their photos or their profile image to use for their banner - You will be expected to use your experience in graphic design to know if an image can be worked into the 200 x 350 px space - please constrain aspect ratio on images as much as is possible - if a colored box / solid color bar is needed to cover whitespace, please use the solid pantone color 166C
