This project includes scarping listings from classifieds advertising site and creating a .CSV file with the extracted data. Content to be scraped can be found at the following URLs (content is categorised by state) – ACT: [login to view URL] NSW: [login to view URL] NT: [login to view URL] QLD: [login to view URL] SA: [login to view URL] TAS: [login to view URL] VIC: [login to view URL] WA: [login to view URL] Please note that prior to visiting any of the above URLs for the first time, you will be re-directed to a page acknowledging your desire to continue. For each listing, the following fields/data should be scraped if present: • Headline • Price • Location • Date Posted • Ad ID • Description • Email • Phone • My gender • Looking For • Image1 For capturing images, a directory of images should be created and the following naming conventions used for each image: “Ad ID#”[login to view URL] For an example of where the fields can be located for each listing, see attached:
