Need a script that can scrape data from public FB live videos and posts

Given a URL of a past live video on FB or a public post, the script should be able to take the URL, scrape all of the data and dump the data in csv format.
Random example video link: [login to view URL]
Data needed:
REACTIONS
- User name, user profile link, reaction type (like, haha, angry, heart...etc)
COMMENTS
- User name, user profile link, comment timestamp, comment content (encoded in utf-8)
PROFILE
- Based on the profile link captured, get the publicly available info of the users
If FB needs to be logged in in order to run the script to scrape the data that is fine. Just need this detail in the README instruction.
Note: The script must be reliable, can handle failure scenarios, proper wait times (in order to avoid spamming), retry properly and must work with any public live video in FB. Should take URL as a parameter and can take other parameters such as concurrency, wait time, output file name...etc if necessary.

I have an experience with facebook to collect comments, reactions and user profiles from various groups and all of the post with python script that I developed. I can convert it to video format. I can use both requests module if possible or selenium based headless version. I can take the URLs from text or excel and save the data into csv/excel
