Update and Maintain Adult Website

We need someone to troubleshoot and maintain our adult website. It is a Joomla site. There are some issues with the video download function that need to be addressed. The site needs to be placed and marketed so that it is picked up by search engines and becomes visible to those individuals looking for something fairly unique. This will include administering a video contest for our members and maintaining a blog. We will reply to reasonable bids and intelligent questions. The first month will be a flat fee of $100.00 after evidence that the site is operable within 30 days. Fees after the first 30 days will be paid by commission for which we will entertain offers. This is unlimited growth potential, the greater the increase in membership, the more you may earn. We are basically offering a partnership for the right person. Please reply only if you have direct experience and proven results with this type of project. We expect a rigid communications schedule for the first 30 days while we are fine tuning the site.
