I am currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Administrative Assistant/Secretary to support an executive manager. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating meetings, managing emails, and maintaining the calendar. (Arabic language is a plus) Job Responsibilities: Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all participants are informed and well-prepared. Manage meeting invites and follow-ups. Email Management: Efficiently handle and prioritize emails, ensuring timely responses and effective communication. Filter and manage email correspondence to maintain a well-organized inbox. Calendar Management: Maintain and optimize the calendar to ensure efficient time management.
