I am in need of a virtual assistant to help me with various administrative tasks to complete some projects. Some experience with SEO and the terms used would be helpful, as well as SEMrush or AHREFs if you've ever used them. Role will start on an hourly basis (5-10/week) but can increase depending on how things go and work needed. I am based on the West Coast of the USA so will need someone able to work some hours that overlap. I would prefer a single person that I work with vs a team/shop/group. I want someone I can work with and build routines/etc... LOOKING TO START THIS WEEK!! Ideal skills and experience for this job include: - Experience with SEO - Strong organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail - Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office - Excellent communication and customer service skills The virtual assistant will be responsible for: - Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing emails - Conducting research and preparing reports - Managing and organizing files and documents - Assisting with any other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the business.
