I'm looking for a detail-oriented and professional virtual assistant with a background in Information Technology. The job will start with contacting clients with overdue accounts and will later include managing appointments and schedules, as well as making and replying to customer calls. Here's what you'll need: -Ideal Skills & Experience: * Experience with Australian based clients * Excellent spoken English (you must be conversational and not struggle to understand or be understood) * Proficiency in managing schedules and appointments. * Able to make and respond to calls in a professional manner. * Background in Information Technology is a must. -Time Commitment: * This role requires working less than 2 hours per week. Your expertise in IT will be a major advantage, as understanding the nature of calls and necessary scheduling can be very specific to our industry. This is a phone based service role - fluent English and a reliable phone line are both essential. I'm specifically looking for someone located in Australia due to time zone preferences. If you have social media experience (such as managing Facebook ads) then more hours are highly likely and your role will increase in scope and renumeration.
