I am looking for a personal assistant with intermediate experience to help me with various tasks including email and phone support, and planning and organizing various tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Managing email correspondence, screening messages, responding to important emails on my behalf, and bringing urgent matters to my attention - Answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling calls in a professional and timely manner - Planning and organizing various tasks, including scheduling appointments and making reservations I am looking for someone who has: - Intermediate level experience as a personal assistant - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and planning abilities - Proven experience in email support and phone handling - Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities I anticipate the workload to be less than 10 hours per week.
