We have a few small companies and operate as 1 group. There are multiple tasks set for the day to the managers and we miss to follow up, file it properly, Time management and etc. Therefore we looking for someone who can work at New Zealand time, has management skills and can help me achieve my targets. Should have the following: 1. Communication skills 2. Interpersonal skills 3. Time management skills 4. Strong organizational skills 5. Ability to multitask 6. Attention to detail 7. Must be able to work in NZT In additional to above: Prioritize well Get to know your manager and the business inside out Be proactive Keep topping up your knowledge and skills maintaining diaries and arranging appointments typing, preparing and collating reports filing organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) managing databases prioritizing workloads implementing new procedures and administrative systems liaising with relevant organizations and clients
