We are a dynamic and fast paced London based inbound marketing agency and we are looking for a multi-talented VA to join our ranks and work with our CEO. He’s a passionate entrepreneur, and has a proven history in building successful businesses. The ideal candidate would be someone who's a multi-tasker with a mind for solving administrative problems and has great attention to detail and care. The position is part-time at start, with a paid trial for two works. The focus is to work in a full-time capacity (30-40 hours) over time. You can work from home, but will be in regular contact throughout the day with him. Requirements: - tech savvy - the person needs to be proficient with a wide variety of software, and more importantly, be able to learn in a fast way how to handle new software - passionate to getting their hands dirty with administrative tasks - a business sense here is always a plus, but more importantly, we need someone who won't shy away from any task and who'll find an efficient way on how to handle them - fast learner - aside from software, we need someone who'll be fast to learn new processes, tasks, etc. - organised - a person who keeps track of their time and work, who can finish tasks in an efficient manner - efficient - someone who's constantly looking for better ways to do the tasks, save time, improve things and organise the CEO’s diary. - follows instructions - put "I'm a monster VA" at the top of your cover letter - able to catch projects, and isn’t thrown by being thrown in at the deep end. The CEO moves at 100 mph and has new clients joining every few days, and new team members joining each week. If you need everything to be explained and explained a second time you wont be the right fit. If you want to work with someone who will hugely appreciate your efforts, and is able to save him time and tell him where to be and where to go, then you’ve got a greater likelihood of success. - fast typist - if possible, we would like to hit the 75 wpm mark - trustworthy - if you are anything but fully confidential, please don’t apply Good luck with your bids! This project is a great fit for me. I have worked on many webdesign, WordPress, Joomla and even as a QA for checking quality of the sites and applications. I have worked as a VA. My usual role was to manage Fb, LinkedIn profile, Twitter pages, create content, handle chat via olark, respond to inbound queries, web research like finding targeted prospect on some particular market/verticals like account payable, genealogy etc. I also work on Photoshop frequently. I have a good exposure with CMS like Joomla and Wordpress. I am a freelancer with many years of experience in various freelancing projects like data entry, technical writing, graphic design and webdesign. Few task I recently accomplished: 1. Worked as a Virtual Assistant From 03 Sep 2012 to 04 April 2014 to Oliver, Germany for creating video tutorials, manage fb page, manage linkedIn, create salespage, cold-call, leadGen, create/organize themepacks etc. 2. I am a Monster VA! HI, My name is Kathy and I hold degrees in business administration and education. I am proficient in a wide variety of software which includes Photoshop, Axure, MS Office applications, WIX, Google Apps, among numerous others. I love technology and am constantly working to keep up with the new business software as well as web designing. I have a Bachelors in Business Administration and look for challenges on a daily basis with in my current work as a manager of my department. In addition, I worked as Customer Service Manager at our local Wal-Mart. I was in charge of all monies, cashiers, customer concerns and questions, and employee evaluations. As I mentioned before, I look for challenges. I love learning new ways to do a variety of processes and a variety of things. Organization is a very important part of any business-work and home. Organization provides saved time, ability to work more efficiently, and allows for quick thinking when in a bind. In return, organization provides efficiency in discussing business of any kind.
