Local Videographer Wanted

I am looking for a local videographer (Durham Region/Scarborough) to shoot and edit videos for the Real Estate Market on an ongoing basis. The videos will come in two forms: 1) 2-5 minute lifestyle videos that profile a specific neighbourhood or community 2) video tours of homes I operate a small marketing agency within a Real Estate brokerage representing a total of 350 agents. The challenge is in creating a pricing model that works for the Real Estate Agent market. Good quality at a low cost. This will not be high margin work but instead will pay out (providing work is good and pricing is reasonable) with steady work and volume. A house tour video can probably be priced in $300 range. A lifestyle/neighbourhood video (assuming script is provided) will likely pay for one day of shooting and one day of editing.
