Edit video with simple transition, II

I have a 12 minute customer testimonial video I need edited. The project includes the post-production, graphics creation, encoding, and digital delivery of a customer interview/testimonial. The final product will include an introduction slate, lower third (customer’s name/title), simple transitions, a music bed (royalty free), and stinger/logo at the end. The piece will be edited in 720p30 HD, and the final deliverables will be two Windows Media files. One file will be 720p30 HD and the second will be a Hi-Res SD Widescreen format. I will provide a “paper edit” with Start and End points noted, as well as any desired logos/color palettes. I will provide a solid example of how the end product should look if needed. Note: The pre-edited video is about 450MB in length. You MUST have the means to download and upload a file of this size.
