I need approx 5 hours of video footage edited down to 30minutes in FINAL CUT PRO. The footage is of Australian chef Tony Bilson in Paris, creating the menu for an historic dinner for Penfolds Treasury Estate Wines at the invitation of Peter Gago, Chief Winemaker. The dinner was prepared with the help of students from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris and held at the Embassy on 25 June. The footage features other famous figures such as Anthony Bourdain and A.A. Gil, and you will receive credit as Editor. You will be provided with SD copy of the footage to edit with and a general brief of what the 30minute piece needs to consist of. You will deliver a .fcp file that we will reconnect with the HD footage on our end. Editing must be done in FCP (7 or below) not in FCP X or other programs. Please PM with portfolio / personal details / previous work.
