Dynamic Short-form Social Media Video Editor

I am looking for a long-term editor position for multiple projects for my agency. • I run a short-form agency that cuts videos for various trainers, companies, and podcasts. • The videos are up to 60 seconds long and I expect you to edit subtitles, B-roll, stock footage, dynamic movements/graphics and generally make the video entertaining and very engaging. • I am looking for someone who can work as a full-time editor for the next 6-12 months, with the possibility of a constant salary increase as the agency grows. • You will get 10 USD for each edited video Editors with experience in the German market who have previously edited videos in German are a significant bonus. • The process is very simple. • All videos are exclusively in German. I provide a word-by-word transcription for each reel with a translation after each sentence if necessary. Typically, 30% of the videos are short memes and sketches, while the other 70% are narrative videos. You receive the raw material, edit it, and upload the edited videos to a separate folder. I expect a simple thumbnail that fits the 1:1 aspect ratio for the Instagram feed. All videos should be edited in the 9/16 format so that they can be viewed in full screen mode on IG Reels + TikTok.
