Parsing of word document to find certain words or phrases and identify which ones are missing.

I need to parse different word documents for their content to insure the certain content is present or is missing.
The content I would want is held in a separate file and compared with the document i am examining. Example attached.
I have a a VB example where I can do this, but it has no way of showing me how to see what is missing. See attached text file that can do this.
