I need a vb.net bot to do simple facebook task

I need very simple software develop for facebook. It will do only 1 thing : 1. I add my facebook account to the software 2. The software goes through all my friends list and go to the profile of each user and scroll down on that user's profile and stay on the profile for about 10 seconds, then goes to another friends profile and do the same. I want to be able to set the random number of seconds the software browse on each users profile example 5-15 seconds at a random. I want this written in Vb.net with 3.5-4.0 net framework
