XCart Template and Header

Want to have an XCart Template Customized with Custom Header which will be installed by coder. Shopping cart will also have the same Custom Header. Template will need to be in a light blue color for the graphic elements, with a white background. Header will use existing Anime characters to make up it's design. Images will be provided to use with header. Most example templates I can show you that are already for sale cost approximately $90, so please stay close to that range for the template, and I understand that the custom header will cost more. I also understand that the installation will have a cost as well.? Give me your best bid, and MOST IMPORTANT - Examples of other XCART Templates you have done.
