Needs PHP sites - converted from asp sites(repost)

The project is to covert some sites from ASP to PHP and put on our linux (from windows servers). There are 3 sites that currently use a flat file access database so a new php Mysql with database. We want to keep the same exact look & feel of the sites, so this will require some work to get everything looking a close to the original sites. The 3 sites were all made off the same basic architecture/format/layout etc, with the changes don to the graphic basically, so once the first site is perfected you would be basically **duplicating/cloning the other 2** (with different graphics). Will provide the links of ASP refs sites that you need to convert into PHP to a winning bidder only.
