Help curate my Twitter account

I need someone to help me manage my Twitter account by following certain people on a daily basis. You won't need to tweet or interact. It would work like this: 1. I would give you access to my Twitter account and to my Tweepi account. 2. You'd need to log into Tweepi on a daily basis and follow on my behalf people under certain criteria. For example, I would tell you to follow all followers of @someperson who have a klout score of 50 or more, or who have a high follow-back rate. In my experience about 25% of these people will follow me back. 3. Maybe once a week we would "flush" some of the people who are not following me back. It's a very simple task but I need someone who can understand and follow instructions, and of course someone that I can trust with my accounts. I'm not interested in copy-paste bids and those that promise thousands of fake followers. The secret here is to be consistent and do a little bit of work (15 minutes) every day. Thanks.
