Hi, I am French and have just moved back to France after several years living in the UK, so I understand how difficult things can sometimes be with local French authorities, particularly in smaller towns. I would be more than happy to help you with the local authorities. I am no stranger to that kind of work as I had to help a colleague a few years ago with a house purchase in France.
