Dear All,
We are having 10 audio recordings ( legal hearing ) which have already been transcribed in English. We are looking forward to hiring one professional transcriptionist to quality-check, proofread, cross-checked and compile all the audios.
The total no. of days of transcriptions are 2 , holding 5 audio recordings each day . Therefore, the final transcriptions should be provided in 2 MS word files ( Day 1 and Day 2)
We required the final transcription in the following ways:
1 - We need to prepare a front cover ( Index ) page, the template will be provided for your further reference which should clearly show each witness at the hearing along with the various examinations they underwent and who carried out the examinations. The numbers on the right hand column indicate at which page in the main transcript these sections can be found.
The name of witnesses and tribunal will be provided to make a clear idea.
2- There should be numbers alongside of each line of text
3- Each page should have a page number and each line of text should include line numbers (which start from 1 on each new page).
There are couple of other issues such as we need to mention the speaker name in a proper way instead of referring them as Speaker 1 , Speaker 2 and Speaker 3.
We need a complete professional transcription that should look nice to the clients and should also have some sort of details in the beginning for client's reference. We will provide you the template for reference.
We are really looking forward someone who has really done this type of work before and who is completely aware of these requirements earlier.
