Trade on Demand application/bot

I'm looking for a programmer to develope an application/bot to trade stocks for me on this website: [login to view URL] Sports [login to view URL]: Requirerments: I want to be able to enter a buy/sell price and the bot will make the trade for me when the price reaches my desinated price. Example: I want to buy 5 shares of XXX at $5.00/share but there isn't any sell orders currently up at that price. So I tell the bot to buy 5 shares when someone post a sell order between $5.00 and $5.50. The bot will then sit back and wait for someone to sell at my price. Then when someone places a sell order for $5.25 the bot will recongize this as being part of my critieria and will automatically make the trade for me. Or if I want to sell a stock when someone post a buy order at $15.00 but I don't want to have the sell order on the trade screen because someone may under bid me on the trade. In this example the bot would then wait for someone to place a buy bid at $15.00 or more and then automaticall sell that stock at that price. The problem right now is that if want to place a buy order and there isn't any current sell orders at my price then I have place the order on the trade screen and wait for someone to fill it. Now when I do this the website automatically subtracts the price of the buy order from my account which lowers my "buying power" as the website calls it. So I can not place anymore bids because my money is tied up on this buy order. This is why I need this bot, because I want to have the money stay in my account incase I find another deal that I like better. Plus I want to have a bunch of open orders on a couple different stocks at the same time hoping that someone will fill it. If you need more info please PM me and I will try to answer them.
