3d model a small low poly island. No texturing necessary.

We need this island modeled in the same way depicted within the concept art. The Model should stick to flat planes using the concept art as a guide for laying out the planes. Texturing will not be required for this job, however if the texturing can be done, we are willing to pay an extra 75 for it. The model will need to be completed by this friday. Preferably sooner. We prefer that the model be created in Maya. In the image provided, the rocks and the trees should be modeled as separate assets. Two reference images have been attached, one of the island and one of the island with contour lines showing the direction of the planes.
