Telemarket for our product - NORTH INDIA

Hi my name is Shashikant. I am having total 8 years of experience working for BPO and IT companies. In past I have taken calls for Microsoft technical Support USA, Symantec technical support USA and EXA web solution( Australian Company). My last job was EXA web solution where I have taken calls as a telemarketer for 5 years. we used to do everything from lead generation to setting appointment for our consultant based in Australia. I am very good with telemarketing, customer care, convincing skill and technical support.
