Telemarket for me to generate leads/sales

Hi, I need telemarketers to do outbound calls in USA/Canada to generate leads/appointments or close the sales for us. We are a USA and India based IT company generating the leads of people who might be interested in our website development and internet marketing services. What you need to do is; Simply call them and ask if they are still looking for our services. If they say yes or might be yes then try to close the lead or forward them to us, if you think there is the need of level 2 calling. After you will send us the prospects then we will do level 2 call and will forward you the leads again to do follow up and closing. We have 10 agents working already and need more 10 agents to join our team soon. Let me know if you have prior experience in sales and telemarketing. We might consider those people also who have no experience but they have good communication skills with very low or no accent. If required, we may ask you to visit our USA or India office for long term partnership. Payment details: We will be paying you on weekly basis for the generated leads/sales of that week. Initially we would like to hire the people on commission basis at least for a week to see if you are punctual and serious for a long term working position. Calling data, script, training and calling credit will be provided to everyone. We will discuss more through chat. Thanks
