Fast typing and transcription project (for remote assistant)

Hi, I need an intelligent person who is a fast typist to assist me with writing of various texts for my work (in English). These will include emails, documentations, etc. Some of the texts you will receive as continuous audio recordings, and some as live dictation via phone or skype (in which case there may be some thinking pauses in the process). If you prove yourself to do a great job, I will offer you the same project repeatedly on an ongoing basis and over time you will hopefully be able to write some texts on your own based on general instructions from me (in which case we'll increase the rate per page).
