Hello Mate, I am CCIE based out of Sydney and have the required skills to complete your project. I have got couple of RouterBoards in my lab which I can use to replicate the config and then I can share with you. This is how what we will do. 1) Create a new LAN with public IP address. We need to see how many public IP address you are having. 2) Assign the port which connects to web server in that vlan. 3) Assign IP address to your web server. 4) Finally browse internet :) As you do not require NAT so we have been left with that option. So I can help you with your setup, but I need some more details (maybe). It looks like you have a pool of public IP-addresses and want to connect your windows servers with this addresses to provider via Mikrotik? Is there some additional requirements?
