Hi, I read your requirement. Don't worry Apache by default listen on all IPs and Port 80, but can be configured to use specific IP/Port. If you have several IPs, you can give me IPs which are required to listen on Port 80 for Apache and I'll free the rest. It can also be configured so that it listen on All IPs but different Port let's say 8080 or 8081. And then you can use it for Cenovacast and Shoutcast. Similarly Ftp Port can be changed from 21 to 2132 etc. so you can use Port 21 in Centovacast and Shoutcast File Upload.
