I my friend. I read your job definition carefully. I understood you want a small size plastic injection mold design to machine in a CNC router. I never designed a mold for CNC router but for industrial CNC machines. Also I have done my internships at plastic injection molding facilities. I worked in every stage of manufacturing of a mold, from design to the assembly also at polishing the die and the punch. I have done school various school projects like a plastic mold design and a sheet metal die on SOLIDWORKS and a unique robot arm on Siemens NX. I just wonder two important things. What kind of standards do you ask and what are the capabilities of the router? I have lack of knowledge of JIS and I don't want to design anything your router can't machine.
