The application can be stand alone or can be integrated with another software like a band system etc, for sending sms to individual receipts at a time or for bulk sms sending. Hi, I was technical lead for Customer Communication Management System for a bank. And I have a deep knowledge about SMS infrastructure. OTP, Transactional SMS and Bulk SMS are have difference priority and send to GSM carriers from different web services. I will create a template mechanism and include language. The client will just give template code, language code and pass template parameters. I will create message and add it to a queue. Because every template should have different priority also.
