New Stellar Security Token This project is for the assistance with issuance of a new Security Token for incubator. The security token must be developed via Stellar Laboratory and smart contracts must contain the following: The solution should provide an investor with a dashboard to register and get verified through a customized KYC/AML process. The issuer can track the status of all investors through the issuer dashboard. The issuer can also manage allocation of shares, approval of investor verification, calling of votes, distribution of dividends, reissuing of lost tokens, buy-and-burn, etc. The issuer can whitelist new investors that are interested in buying shares.. Issuance – issue private securities in a compliant, digital format. Cap table management – real-time information at your fingertips. Connect with other systems – no rip-and-replace. Once the issuance is completed, the platform maintains the share cap table and enables the issuer to whitelist new investors who are interested in buying shares. Dev helps with the initial design of the security token such that it fulfills regulatory requirements. Additionally, these tasks must each be troubleshot and checked for any bugs before individual task-milestones are released. Developer agrees to full refund, if ALL tasks cannot be fully completed. A Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) MUST be signed to receive anymore information.
