OpenWRT Internet Filter for Router

I would like someone to choose an inexpensive router, that can be programmed. The router software will need to respond to HTTP and HTTPS requests, parse the URL, and test against locally stored keyword whitelist and blacklist. The lists will need to be updated hourly (if changes were made) from our server. Then either allow (get the response from the requested server normally) or Block (send an http redirect to the browser to a new URL (blockpage) based on the keywords. The router will need to block port 53 preventing DNS lookups on the network other than through the routers DNS. The first level of filtering is at the dns server.... domain level, if we want the domain blocked, we return a our own ip instead of the real ip. Our ip will display a block page for any domain or url. The second level of filtering will be whitelist and blacklist on the router, regularly updated from a server api All blocked and allowed URL's need to be logged for monitoring and so that over-blocking can be resolved quickly. These logs will be parsed and sent to a remote mysql server. This router will need a modified web interface to access features and brand for our service. You will need to be very familiar with programming , firmware update, and such, for a router.
