Offline desktop software (java)

We have to develop the software and put that software over the sever and generate the Url of that software, so that client can download and install the software on its desktop, now the role of the internet will be finished. Brief introduction : Once the software get install into the client system. Client will ask to the user that what meal he/she have taken in their breakfast , lunch , snacks and diner. Deeping upon the user answer several other questions arises on the next screens. Each screen can consist of several questions, dropdowns, and images depending upon the food type. Then we have to calculate their calories intake and other things. Req: Database : All the informations are stored into the database. Database should be normalized. we have may records and images. Backend: Logic will be provided to perform the calculations. Data fetching and insertion operations should be quick. Frontend: UI should be interactive. Codding standard: The most important thing code should be properly written. Should be written using the MVC Pattern. Code repetition in not allowed. Proper naming convention should be followed. Code should be used modular approach. Should be use latest development technology. Max Budget: 20,000
