We are looking for a Webapp that is also mobile friendly and can easily be developed to an Android App. Note: Bot bids will be ignored imediately. Take some time and write an honest proposal, you can save your copy-pasting for other jobs. Profile: The App will be used by an Automobile Transfer company. What this company does is transfer rental cars between various rental stations. They work for companies like Europcar, Enterprise and Sixt. We need this app for the phones of the drivers, they would login to the app/website to write their reports, let the stations sign on their touch-screen, report on any damages the car has and when done, send the report to the supervisor who can process it. ** SEE ATTACHED FULL PROJECT DUE TO CHARACTER LIMITATIONS **

Hello This is Jaxon Saylon here. I have read and understood the attached document. I would go for Symphony to create this app since it includes lots of data to be handled and it would be easier that way. All the functionalities that are mentioned are basic ones except the signature and auto save ones though none of those two are hard to implement. It will just need a little bit more time to develop.
