Python Data Validate Code

Write python code for the following: CSV file will be imported (Import Data File) to a Ram Table. A second CSV file will be imported (Command File) to another Ram Table. Fields in the Import Data File will be searched for compliance with data in command file. Command File Line Numbers that fail will be listed in the export file. When complete, all records with errors (matches to the command file rules) will be exported to a CSV file with an extra column at the end with the line number of the rule violated. Only failed records will be put in the export file. If duplicate rules are violated, report all violations separated with commas.
