Online survey distribution in the Philippines

Hi all, I need to find someone in Philippine who is willing to distribute an online academic survey. This person has to be persuasive and has to have a large social network to distribute survey invitations through e-mail or social media. Payment for the distribution will be given when the survey have reached at least 50 respondents by the end of this month. Best, Ian
