The position includes the following responsibilities:
1. Customer management, scheduling, follow up, assist with Diva University and Boss Diva University registration, etc
2. All social media management per social media strategy including Pinterest post.
3. Manage Podcast post
4. Blog writing (5/mo)
5. YouTube description and thumbnail management and creation
6. Update and manage Kajabi portal
7. Follow up with clients to get reviews after one on one sessions and Online class completion.
8. Manage customer comments across social media and respond to inbox inquiries
9. Manage client payments, invoices, and class attendance
10. Mange email/ text campaign that turns into conversions
11. Answer customer emails and incoming calls.
12. Complete task for the owner as needed.
