Shopify Code Edit for Turbo Theme

I have a shopify turbo theme for my e commerce website. By default when listing the product the only option it gives is to either "Buy Now" or " Add to Cart", if maybe the product is out of stock it given an option to enter the email address and be notified. I need a contact us button or contact us form instead of these buttons for a few products. The thing is that we have certain brand with us whose products we are not allowed to sell online, but we are allowed to list the products and then customers can contact us and purchase it offline.
