Lay out Shopify store and migrate ~80 products from Magento

We have about 80 products made by Jenvey Dynamics Ltd on our store at [login to view URL] hosted on Magento. We want to migrate these products to a new store on Shopify that has a similar look as and the branding of the manufacturer's website ([login to view URL]). We are the official US reseller for this company. For the migration, we have a data dump of the products in a CSV file. The Magento Attribute Set should be used as the category (collection) in Shopify. For the store design, we would like to have a couple of collections to navigate to directly from the header and a contact us page where an email can be sent to us with questions. Besides that, the products should be front and center. We have a number of images we can provide for use as the hero. In general, the desire is to keep the store simple and functional. We're not looking to have a custom template built, but are open to suggestions of templates to buy. In your bid, please state the free or paid template you suggest using for this site.
