PR1-PR6 Quality Links (Mental Health & Relationship Sites)

Hello, I need PR1-PR6 links on different C-Class domains for 2 sites. The extra requirement is that each domain must have 50+ EXTERNAL backlinks. I will send anchor texts and URL through email. I have a maximum budget of $250 at this time. So please let me know how much you charge for each type of link (PR1, PR2, PR3, PR4, PR5 & PR6) and I will decide how many of each type I need. All links must be visible and readable. Links must contain target anchor text Linked sites must be in production and active. (Developed and not under construction). NO freely hosted sites -geocities, tripod etc. No sites banned by Google Links must NOT be followed by (or close to) text like "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or similar. No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks. No scraper or mirror sites: No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. All links must be indexable by Googlebot. No - rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc. No link farms, link directories, forums, blogs, adult & porn, articles submission, press releases, Yahoo answers, or spam sites. Link page must have a recent Google cache. No more than 30 outbound links per page. No sites banned by Google. No black hat, grey hat or shady tactics. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. I reserve the right to reject any links if deemed inappropriate. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months of the project.
