Full time worker - SEO for my company

Hello, I'm looking for a full time worker for our SEO company, the worker must be webmaster + SEO for long term relationaship The worker should have the the following WEB abilities - webmaster * knowing good the web and an internet freak * ability to create nice looking gambling websites fast from scratch * ability to create nice looking gambling websites using wordpress * perfect in HTML,CSS * good knowledge in PHP , know how to build a website with seperating the menus and pannels to different PHP files * knowledge in creating wordpress blogs * creating and adjusting wordpress templates - must know how to create really nice wordpress blogs * ability to build a website in several langauge - I will need the webmaster to be able to write good content to online gambling website and to activate translators * understanding in managing domain names, hostings - SEO * link building * social bookmarking * creating blogs * directory submission - Language * must speak perfect English , to be able to write articles in English - Degree * A degree is not required but an asset - Personal * smart , quick learning - should be able to understand the buisness and to work efficiant and fast * hard worker, that is online most of the day The worker should work full time - 5 days a week (Monday through Friday US Holidays off) , 8 hours a day ( GMT (-3) ) - in case of problems with my working hours we will attempt to work with you During the working hour to be available on messenger, skype, phone line to be able to communicate with me. The salary is 300$ for a month , for the first 2 months tests. In the case I am happy with the work I may increase the salary
